Who are we looking for?
A new member of our Customer Care team. You’ll help us with code maintenance, testing, and developing new features. You’ll also be asked by customers for assistance with understanding their application. This job involves contact with clients, but don’t worry, it’s not a hotline 😉
You will have the opportunity to deal with:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Maintain SQL code and develop fixes and ad hoc reports
- Ensure all issues are properly logged
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
Great if you have:
- Problem-solving and communication skills
- Good, communicative English
- Practical MS SQL experience
- Ability to provide step by step technical help, both written and verbal
Additionally, we will appreciate:
- Knowledge of Microsoft BI stack
- Knowledge of other foreign languages
